I could be wrong, but I think VPI got there original Het. Stripes from Bob, and just happened to produce viable Stripes from them before Bob. Again, I could be wrong, but I think that would make VPI's Stripes the Bob Clark line.

Hope this helps!!!

I believe you are correct on VPI having the Clark line.

Anyone know if Bell's are Clark or something else?

Hey everyone...

VPI started with Het animals from the Clark strain.

SK has the 2 amazing looking ones that they got from Africa.

Mark and Kim started their project with Het. animals so theirs is Clark as well.

And finally... Brian and Lori (BHB) may prove out their W/C Stripe/Coffee Ball this year... here is a link for that one... www.kingsnake.com/bhb/ballpythons/coffeeball.html

There is so much confusion around all these morphs... it is always nice to track them back to origin to better understand what is what.

Thanks...

I think the SK line is just stunning. They do not get as dark. Their stripe just being a stripe is beautiful. IMHO

I thought I remembered SK bringing in two. Don't remember if they where a pair or not but hope they get both to breed. The more diversity the better I figure. Maybe when they get back they can fill us in on their progress with each and if they have plans to breed to the Clark line soon just to formalize genetic compatibility.
