How to control temp

I have an UTH for my eastern king and the temp gets way to high for him. What do i need to keep it around 85 degrees. Is there some sort of controller i could use? Thanks

Some people use those dimmer switches that can be plugged into lamps, etc. I have heard that they offer a fairly good control.
