Anyways, if that's what you meant, from what I've seen, egg-binding seems to be typically caused by bad husbandry...(hmm...yes, that's a nastily broad category that I won't venture into) In my experience, dystocia's not that common of an issue w/people who know what they're doing....but maybe I've been lucky.?
As long as you ship same day, with proper heat/cool packs configured by someone who knows what they're doing, etc. and the G.D. Day is healthy and happy, the shipping shouldn't cause enough stress to cause egg binding. I know high stress can lead to that but w/shipping alone, that would definitely be a first! -- How far are the pair travelling? As long as you're at the door when UPS/whatever drops them off, I think she'll be chill.
Ah... I'd love to see pictures! G.D.'s are neat -- and I hope its your new male that knocked her up
