I feel like I've been off the grid for awhile now with so much going on through the past year...we moved, I had my 3rd major surgery and we recently had a baby girl. Well, today my only clutch of the season started hatching! I'm so excited and can not wait to post pictures. I bred a female hypo het amber to a male butter. I'm not sure just yet but I think my female may be het for amel too. I hope there are some butters in my future!

I didn't breed much this season b/c I knew I would not have time to build a decent size incubator plus I recently received two large lots of farm hatched ball pythons and nicaraguan boas. With designing my herp room, I knew I would not have much time to spare. I am almost done with the herp room and will post pictures as soon as everything is back in order. I have recently finished the ceiling and lighting and I'm halfway done installing the hardwood flooring. Its been rough on my 100plus snakes since they all had to be moved out of the herp room and are in another part of my home temporarily. Once things are back to normal, I plan on finally updating my extremely out-dated website and start reducing my collection. I have to get back into posting pics again too. I know I promised a few of you I would post pics of my bairds and never did! Be on the lookout for before and after pics coming in the near future!

At any rate, here is my butter and father of the clutch...Goldmember
