Sick Dragon?

ejtchr Jul 17, 2005 03:47 PM

I have a new 8 week old femal and there have been two occasions when she acts like she can't lift her head and is looking for something on the floor of the enclosure. The next day she is fine. As I mentioned, this has happened twice and both times she has recovered the next day. I'm sure seh's getting enough calcium with D3 and has sufficient UVB llighting. I have been taking her outside for an hour every morning. The guy who owns the local herp shop thought it might be neurological or some kind of parasite. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

E

I have to say im not exactly sure. If you are in doubt about your beardies health though you should take him immediately to a good reptile vet. Bring a fecal sample so they can look for parasites.
