Rhino Viper Head Shake, revisited

phobos Jul 17, 2005 05:59 PM

I took a mpeg movie in infrared of my Rhino head shaking that we discussed many times on this forum. Funny that I could get her to shake in response to me shaking my head. If anyone is interested in seeing it I will email it to you.

2 mins in length of fair to good quality taken with my digital still camera.

Cheers!

Al

It is normal for them to do this, if that is what you are asking.

Hi Chad:

Yes, I know it's normal, thought those who have never seen it before would like to see it.

Hey Al.
I'd like to see it! I have a neonate rhino viper and have seen the head shake a little bit... but would like to see what you have.
thanks

Is the an animal an adult? Wild caught or captive bred? Just curious as I have seen it numerous times in wild caught adults...

Thanks
