Well the light reflecting off the shell makes the shell pattern hard to see.... so I'll guess western painted turtle
Here's another turtle of the same species that was in the same place. Shell exposure is just as poor as in the previous picture. Give it another shot, guys.

I'm going with Cumberland slider (Trachemys scripta troosti)
