i have been looking for a snake like that for 2 years!!!.i saw one posted one time from a guy in alaska on another forum.i know a lot of people dont like the black ones but i love that color, the black and blue ones.i have only seen that one from alaska and now this one.please, can anyone tell me who bred this one and exactly how much one would set me back??im not looking for calico,if you look at that picture the snake is 50 percent black and 50 percent blue...oh sorry heres the pic.please tell me how i can get one!!!and please tell me about chondro fest, where was it?and how much was this snake? http://gallery.pethobbyist.com/index.php?photo=225248&user=92379
I'm sure you are refering to Greg Maxwell's animals in the pics.....probably the Merauke outcross yearlings. Considering they are 50% poss. het albino, and they look amazing in person, I would think they could set you back around $10-20K. Don't quote me on that........but it's a good start. Have fun and think green...and yellow....and red....and blue....and black. lol.

you could spend that much or you could just print the pic i took and tape it up in your cage... lol
Chondro Fest was a total blast... it was really nice meeting you Brandon... and Max, Randy, Jessi, Kim, Christian, Larry, Kevin, Greg, Tim, Phil, Dan... and everyone else...

i pasted a link to the pic of the snake i am interested in on the original post.did you look at it?when you mentioned about what that snake would cost,is that for a changling or a baby of that line?if i could get a baby black and blue from that line, and if it cost a little less than 10k,i would really be interested.is greg maxwell the only person working with black chondros?damn i gotta know more about that snake.i went to greg maxwells site and none of his snakes look like this one.he has some breeders with black, but none with this much black.after looking at the pic do you still think its one of his?if so i may have to contact him.
brandon is right when he told you the cost and what it was...
i took that pic in gregs basement... so he is probably the man to contact... good luck getting him to let it go though

I think that's the chondro Greg named Ella Diablo. I'm pretty sure he sold a similar looking animal from the Calico line for around $20k........for a yearling! I think Rich Culver has some nice black critters as well as Rob Worrell. It's amazing how much better some lines get with time. SCZ blood anyone?

beautiful thank you so much for sharing!
More people should take pics at shows that way the rest of us can see what we missed.
I am in love with this one

yea that one is nothing special as far as being unique, but i goes to show how nice some of the locale animals can be.i have a 19 month old manakawari that i bought from bushmaster as a baby.he just changed colors and could pass for a twin of that one.
do you have any of pics?

I am a sucker for blue on any snake, and I love the big wide blue diamonds on that one. Designer? what? for me? Nah.. just nice green tree snakes.. cause I can't afford the fancier ones.
