We have recieved none from Emily (Del Rio), and won't till Wednesday night. I doubt it will be much at all, as right now it is passing well to the south. That being said last Wed-Sat, places like Jumo and 277 did recieve quite abit of rain. Langtry and Comstock a less but did get some.
so far, anyway . . . watch "www.weather.com" and type in alpine, tx . . . that shows all of the Trans-Pecos. I watch it every afternoon around 6 p.m. (I'm watching monsoonal rains for the mts)

I was in Monterrey, Mexico (capital of Nuevo Leon) during Emily - we got about 20in in 36 hours. 20in is their typical average anual rainfall!

Happens in Monterrey all the time because of all those mountains. The streets look like rivers. I was there a couple years ago and Dave (Dr. Liesto) and Alan (Dr. Muir Noriega) wanted Tacos after a visit to the Hospital to see a girl who was bitten (most likely by a trimorph, local swelling only). It was great story, but we had to "navigate" the boat (car) around the rivers and it wasn't 'really' fun
