snake laws?

are there any laws about breeding and selling ball pythons? or any snakes for that matter?...er in north carolina...or anywhere?or ....?

you would have to check tate law and county law and city / township law........

to do this..they will know who you are.....

.......usually no problems.......but some cities have laws against too many critters........

In NC you can only have up to 5 of any native species. For Balls, I think you can breed the crap out of them. There are some city regulations that trump that but I couldnt give you specifics. You may have to technically get a permit to sell them but Im not sure. Ill see if I can find the exact rules. Where are you in NC?

Hey, Im in Greensboro. Not too far from Jamestown. What about you? Congrats on the hatchlings. I wanted to breed this year but things didnt work out. Sometimes life happens. We should form a little herp society here. have fun.
