I'm assuming you mean for anoles. 
If they're healthy, pretty much any time is mating season. If they're together, they'll mate (or at least, he'll try to).

I'm seeing wild babies all the time now, so now minus gestation should give you a good idea. Like eltoro said, anytime you want, since you control the environment.
