LIVE feeding pics of my Hypo Brooksi girl!

Kinglvr Jul 20, 2005 08:15 PM

I snapped some pics of my Baby Floridana today feeding on a couple of live fuzzies (I like giving her treats every once in a while, plus it's more fun to watch than F/T). Take a look, hope you like. Sorry for the link, I STILL can't figure out how to directly post pictures onto the site. This is the snake that I'll be looking to breed with either a Goini or an Eastern King of some sort in the next year and half or so.

It would be easier if you just use the pics on the site you have them on. All I did was right click on properties and copied and paste it here. You have to put [img]oon each side.

Click on "tools and toys" below the post and you can see how to post a url.

bluerosy Jul 20, 2005 09:12 PM

Opps I meant image not url.

'Anyay I cannot show you here because if I post the two on each side it will not show here but with a red X. Click on the reply and then look for the tools and toys on the bottom righ of the screen.

Well, I tried to upload the pictures with the as you suggested ZF in the Kingsnake photo gallery, but to no avail. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Did you guys take a look at the pics in the link? I'm very proud of her, she's doing great and she's growin' like a weed. I just hope that wasn't really blood in her feces and urates today. :crosses fingers:

You don't have to post the pics from the KS gallery. I posted them direct from your host site. It takes three seconds to do it. Just right click on the picture on your site. Click on "properties" then copy the properties and paste them on here. Then you have to add this on the other end of the properies you pasted on the post. Thats it. Thats all there is to it.

** I just preveiwed the post and I can see the letters I posted come up as a red X. So I will try and decribe it to you like this. Put the [img] on the end but add a / before the i.

Also did you click on the TOOLS AND TOYS icon on the bottom of the post. It gives instructions on how to do this directly from your host site.

Kinglvr Jul 21, 2005 06:39 PM

Everytime I click on one of my pictures, there's no option to press "properties", I don't know why.

bluerosy Jul 21, 2005 10:27 PM

right click and scroll down to properties. Are you sure you are clicking on the photo? Does you mouse not work?

Kinglvr Jul 22, 2005 03:58 PM

Yeah, I know how to right click for the properties, but for some reason it just doesn't show me the option. I'm lost as a goose.

JETZEN Jul 20, 2005 09:47 PM

train your snake to do that? You have alot more snakekeeping skills than i thought.
And stick around i may want to purchase some of your future project snakes.

Kinglvr Jul 20, 2005 09:54 PM

Wow, thanks man that made me feel really good! I dunno know what I did that was special though, she just grabbed the mouse, I grabbed her and we went from there. Today was actually the first time I held her while she had food in her mouth. I've got a couple more methods I want to try. I guess it helps that she's a really well tempered snake.

So you like the way she looks huh? I'm sure I'm biased, but IMHO she's one of the best looking hypo brooksi's I've seen. I can't wait to breed her a little down the road.

Clarifying that I'm not "Kinglover" with the normal Floridana.

JETZEN Jul 20, 2005 10:30 PM

Yeah, she's a looker alright, i like all kings, mostly the getula complex and the mexicana complex.
here's some mexicana

Hey Jetzen...
Have those Thayeri grown any since those pics.....
You will really like them when you hatch a clutch of them. Believe me!.....LOL
I like the pinstripers man. Can't wait until you start producing some.

JETZEN Jul 21, 2005 06:53 AM

Those are old pics, yeah, they've grown a lot, not reached the fuzzy stage yet but they're gettin there.
My 03's should be able to produce next season.
Thanks for the encouragement.
If my babies look half as good as yours i'll be happy, lol.

Sometimes I dangle the mouse, it grabsit and I lift it up and out to my palm; my MBK's love the trapeze! LOL!

Kinglvr,
Great pics!!! And a good looking hypo! But please, please don't turn into another Jetzen!!! One is quite enough for the board!!!

Jetzen,
Just kidding man!! Actually your snakes are so ugly--why don't you just send them to me!!! You can start with that Outasight, oops, I mean ugly, mexicana mexicana and those thayeri. Man are they sweet, I mean ugly!LOL.
