my baby likes to explore...and touch the top of the cage...he falls pretty often....and hits his head but gets right back up....this is fine right?

I have a couple tanks in my room with babies in them and at night when they come out to explore im always hearing little thumps and crashes in the tank.. Its alright because they arent falling far same thing would happen to them in the wild...
