It's hard to tell... I'm not sure how you're supposed to count red rings on a snake with an aberrant pattern like that. How many scales long is the first red ring on the neck? It looks like enough to classify it as a Sinaloan... check out the link I attached, maybe that will help you figure it out.

I knew this page already, but can't determin my snake.
The first red ring is 21 - 22 scales wide.
The problem is that I want to breed this snake (it's a big female), to my amelanistic male (what has to be a nelsoni).

I looked at your picture some more, and it's probably a nelsoni. The dark snout and relatively narrow red bands (except for the first one) both strongly suggest nelsoni. Good luck with your breeding project.
