I keep Gopher snakes, they love to burrow in the substrate and I used to keep them on LizLitter. It's no good, first it has lots of small sharp sticks in it, then it has lots of dust, after a few short months you'll have to dump the litter you have cause there'll be a mess of dust and dirt imbedded in the bedding, very dirty. I like to keep my animals in clean conditions, so I switched to shaved aspen and it's awesome. No mess, no sharp sticks, cleanup is a snap and it's perfect for burrowing.
One of my Gophers.
