Gecko ID: Leggy Sand-Burrower?

Sorry for the lack of photo(s)...

I was at one of the stores where I get prey items for some of my reptiles -- this place doesn't *really* sell animals, just fish, but in the back room where I get my mealie shipments, they always have quite a few reptiles.

I looked in one of the holding cages and saw this thin tail lying in the sand and was like, "Uh oh. Someone's lost a tail"...and the guy managing the back was like "nope...check this out..."

When he touched the "body-less tail" lying in the sand, this gecko with extremely long legs POPPED up out of the sand and started furiously JUMPING up and down. It had some greenish-blue color to it.

What the heck is this??! Sorry for the terrible description -- I've never seen a gecko like it before.
