I was given instructions once on using Panacur for a bearded dragon from Veronica at beautifuldragons.com. This is a direct quote from my email. I am not sure how much it will help though...
..."To figure out a dose of Panacur, you need to know the weight of the beardie in
grams. From there it's really easy. Multiply the weight (in grams) by .0005
for the low dosage, or multiply by .001 for the higher end dosage. Either
dosages are fine. I usually start with the lower dosage, unless the parasite
infestation is really bad. And if after a few dosages, if the parasites
remain, you can up the dose to the higher end one.
Here's an example of figuring out the dosage: Let's say I'm treating a 400
gram dragon and I want to start him on the lower dose first. I multiply 400 x .
0005 and I get 0.2. That means that I could give my beardie .2 ml or cc's of
Panacur. That's not very much and it's hard to measure that amount out.
That's why Panacur is great, if you give a little too much, it really won't
hurt a reptile. The higher dose would be .4 cc's. So you can give something
between .2 and .4 cc's and still not be worried about overdosing the dragon."...
I wish you luck
