Can you get frozen gerbils sent to California?

I know live gerbils are illegal in CA but can you get frozen sent to you and who has them?

My ball just ended her hunger strike with a gerbil meal. She took that sucker (I had her in NV at the time) like nothing she has before. My friend reminded me that she was not CB and that was her natural food source. Well all I can say is she loves them!
