Hey, im planning on building a custom ball python enclosure for two adult ball pythons. I need some opinions on how long it should be. any help would be appreaciated.

Hi Cody,

Just keep in mind that Ball Pythons are quite secretive. They also dont get very large so dont need a really big enclosure. My personal opinion would be that a Cage approximately 4'x2x1.5' would be sufficent. Too much space will inevitably just stress the animal out more unless you have LOTS of hiding places.

I like 48" x 24" x 24" High but 18" high is okay. The 24" height just makes the cage look aesthetically more appealing.

Yet, I would recommend that you not go for anything less than 36 x 24 x 24".
