Ok next month i am getting a bearded dreagon ..... i have done all my research . I know how to take care of it except for one problem .. My house is very hot . i can keep the hot side the right temp. but the cool side is said to be 24 degrees and my house is hotter then that . I dont want to cook the poor thing. i am not sure as to how hot my house is ... but to give you an idea the weather here on a bad day is 30 degrees with humidy fells like 40 . and i have to go outside to cool down it is alot worse in the house. I was told to get an AC. but i can't i tried to buy one before and none will fit in my stupid little windows . I have fans but i cant very well point one in the tank . I would appreciate any suggestions PLEASE ... My son really wants one for his birthday Thank

We had the same problem in our apartment (in the city) and it was WAY HOT. It's an old building, and we ended up driving an hour and and a half to a Sam's to get a $78 AC unit.
I'm not familiar with celcius, i only know F degrees. Why couldn't you point a fan at the tank? i do sometimes for airing ours out.
Other than that, i would suggest a very low watt bulb that's full spetrum (such as MVB).
Good luck!

I have very small windows. The part that actually opens Is only 11" and I cannot find an air conditioner to fit them. Any other suggestions?
