Feeding crested gecko hatchlings

I have a pair of crested geckos that just came out of their shells last week. The parents are fed mainly on the powdered T-Rex Crested Gecko Diet. I wanted to know if I could start feeding the hatchlings exclusively on the Crested Gecko Diet.

Also when should I start feeding them? The caresheets I'm reading suggest I feed after their first shed or poop. About how many days does that take? thanks ahead of time.
