Harlequin boas?

den23 Jul 23, 2005 11:34 AM

I have just recently been introduced to the beauty of these boas, but I am having a very hard time finding breeders, or babies for sale. I have gone on harlequin boa.com and after admiring the animals I sent an e-mail, I know everyone wants a snake from this breeder but I was wondering if there were other trustworthy breeders out there any help would be wonderful thanks.

as far as breeders go. Either Tim or Brendan Magee are your best bets at the moment for a TRUE Harlequin boa. Tim....the founder of this line and Brendan, his brother, are the only breeders I'm aware of besides Gray Rushin to produce Harelquin boas so far. Any of these guys are reputable breeders. I have personally purchased boas from Gray and Brendan without ANY problems.

Hope this helps!

I have also admire these beautiful animals as well. I was just wondering what the everyone thought of them compared to the jungle boas? They seem to be very similar in appearance. Just curious if people think this is a related gene or two completely different genes.

than before and we should start to see some coming out this year or next.

I believe Tim still has some babies available, and Brendan should also have some, and they both may have more this year.

Brendan has been posting some possible super salmon harlequin boas that came from salmon harley X salmon harley.. they are very, very nice!

Gray Rushin also produced a nice litter and may have some left.

There are some other breeders who have them and should produce soon.

I know as of two years ago, I had the largest group in the US outside Tim and Brendan, but have since sold half the group.

I hope to make some wonderful Harlequins next year.

Keep your eyes open! They have been posted.. I saw a breeder male for sale this weekend.
