Has anyone out there got a Habimist from Habistat ,only I was thinking of replacing my air powered Barrs misting system with one and wondered are they any good

yea i got one for my smaller setup and no theyre not very good. its loud as hell, doesnt hold much water (about a day and a half worth) and with the extra hose attatchment, doesnt spray as much aria as i'd like. Depending on the size of your setup its pretty inefficent. honestly, getting a good humidifyer from wallmart and ducting the mist into the aquarium would do alot more for humidity than that lousy herbamist thing. for my larger setup when i finish it, i'll be using a humidifyer.

I would buy a misting system BBut be warned they are not all the same I would never buy the rainmaker agian I had it and it broke less than one day and and its loudere than my vacume cleaner I sware. they refused to refund me now they are sending me to colections because my credit card company will mot pay them
If you do buy a misting system go with the promist system I have one of those now and they are by far the best misting system out there the pump is so quiet all you hear is the mist it sounds like a rain forest.
