Offspring from red/orange striped gargoyle

FromHolland Jul 16, 2003 06:10 AM

My 2 red/orange striped gargoyle males (on the left of the picture) have succesfully mated with my 4 normal/striped females.
The first clutch resulted in one normal striped and one orange striped offspring (with the male in the center of the picture and a normal, not striped, female as parents).
At this moment I have 8 more eggs in the incubator and I expect more soon.
According to the guy I got the males from this way of breeding (red/orange x normal) will always result in one normal/striped and one red/orange striped offspring.
Does anyone have the same experience?

Renie
