its a baby about 3 inchs

For a baby bearded dragon a 10 - 20 gal tank is good for their first 4-6 months. Once they are about 15-16" long, you will need to place them in their adult sized tank, which should be at least 48"x24"x24" (40 gal breeder tank or larger is best).
