Yellow chain Eastern King after shed.

Steve_Craig Jul 23, 2005 06:54 PM

Here's some new pics of my 04 South Carolina male after shed. The lighting tends to fade out the yellow, but he is a nice solid black with canary yellow chains. My male pictured here also has a solid black bellie. How common is it for easterns to have nothing but black on the ventral area? I know Peter (ECC) has some that he list as his black bellies.

Very nice yellow on that snake - That is a different shade of yellow than on my columbia county FL animals! NICE close-up, Steve!
