It's a South American Boa Constrictor (Boa constrictor ssp.) If you wanted to know the subspecies, ask in the boa forum.

Hard to tell but looks like a Surinam from the pic, the light color and bright tail make me think that.

I'm not an expert, but it looks like a red tail boa. There may be a species that looks similar, and it's entirely possible that I'm wrong, but I'm almost certain it's a red tail.
