anyways, I responded to you, I was not trying to be rude I think you took my question wrong. I was just asking why you didn't know what it was, you explained, no harm no foul.

It's a common colombian boa, also called a common red-tail boa, no way to know the exact localtiy without knowing where the original parents were imported from. Hope that helps.
