Hognose are the first Colubrids I've kept. All the constricting snakes that I have kept seem to shed on a regular basis. These snakes don't. Anybody know why?

Hognose are the first Colubrids I've kept. All the constricting snakes that I have kept seem to shed on a regular basis. These snakes don't. Anybody know why?
There were posts about this a long time ago, with the general conclusion being that they shed much less frequently than other colubrids. I've had my little girl for over a year and a half and she's shed 5 times, and has been eating fairly well. Guess they stretch well
