beardie size/weight help...

whatev123 Jul 24, 2005 10:41 PM

hey all. i recently aquired a pair of bearded dragons that had not been taken care of and are very small. They are a year old and are only 10-12" (i think). I am going to be taking them to the vet tomarrow, and i just have a question for you guys and gals: is there any hope for me to get these poor beardies back to normal size/weight? thanks for all of your help.

I aquired a bearded dragon that was 12in. at 1year and after some TLC over the last 2 years she has reached a nice healthy weight of around 350grams and is around 18inches long. She has lasting effects of MBD, but is able to get around just fine. There is hope, take care of those little guys, good luck!
