is it better to feed my turtle into her tank , or in other tank?

Thats up to you. Some turtles refuse to eat out of the tank, others will. By feeding the turtle in someplace other than its tank, the tank wont get as dirty as fast. I would do so if the turtle is ok with it. By the way, you dont have to go buy another tank, just use a small rubbermaid container.
