Shedding problems

One of my leos has a problem with shedding. I have a humid hide but she refuses to go in and I dont know why. She doesnt like either hides. She goes underneath the papertowel on the cool side. So then when I soak her in warm water she goes psycho and if I even touch her toes she tries to bite me and has bit me many times too. Which is weird because when I handle her regularly(as in to play with) she is fine and seems to like it. What can I do shes already lost 2 claws(not the toe just the nail)
