Looks like a wandering = elegans? Someone here like Brian E. otta know more....how was the fishing?

Yes, it was a wandering garter from the pinalenos. They are known up to 10,500 feet in the literature I have available to me. Lots of fish, but no bites. Real nice weather though. Also failed to find twinspots which I was really hoping to see.
