Hello
I would like to know if there is a way to figure out around what length my carpet python is going to reach in the future.

She is 7.5 feet long and 2 years and 7 months of age.
She is a Morelia spilotes mcdowelli or Variagata or a cross i dunno for sure.
She's also getting pretty large bodied (from my point of view atleast)

any help would be appriciated

btw tis pic is from 6 months ago

There's really no way anyone can tell what exact length his/her snake will eventually reach. Snakes, and other reptiles, continually grow throughout their entire lives. Of course, growth greatly slows down once they reach the age of maturity, whatever that is, but it never stops until the animal dies. Also, growth rates can be drastically different between individuals. Snakes the same age can be very different in size based on their individual metabolism, feeding schedule, housing and husbandry, etc. It looks like your carpet has already reached a respectable size, and though I'm certainly no carpet expert, I'd say she probably has a bit of coastal influence based on her colors and size. I would expert her to at least hit 8-9' within the next few years, and coastals up to and slightly over 10' occasionally occur. Whatever she is and however big she gets, she's a beautiful animal, so just enjoy her.
