Hi Beardie Lover,
Chameleons are fairly easy to keep, as long as you provide EVERYTHING they need to thrive. Many people have bad experiences with chameleons simply because they provide the wrong type of housing, and do little research before buying. If you want to know what you are getting yourself into, check out the Info link on our website at www.screameleons.com. You'll find a section on Husbandry.
There are several articles at the E-Zine, and you can find it on the list of sponsors at the top of this page.

Chameleon Info & Sale
check out the link below, too, for additional websites.
I had my cham before getting my beardie and I have to say the care for a cham is more demanding simply due to their needs compared to a beardie (I am assuming you have one or more by your signature
so get bd thoughts out of your head
Check out he sites, do your research, but also make sure you can afford to keep one, whihc inlcudes haveing a comepetent vet who knows chameleons within a reasonable distance to you. Do you go away a lot? are you in school? will friends or parents need to care for it from time to time? WAY different from a beardie.
Read over the info and then come back here to ask questions
we're here!
