what type of coluber ?

just picked this up, not sure exactly what species it is. It's from the USSR or around that area, Thinking it may be cluber jugularis pics from Atlas of snakes look right (John Coborn)

The light streaks that look like keels indicate that this snake is probably Coluber caspius which strongly resembles your animal.

Can you supply a beter view of the head?
