Now hes moving his back legs again slowly like hes trying to get them to work again. but still very little movement.
Glad to hear that its not fully paralysed.
First, try to avoid all stressfull situations for your lizard, you do not want him to try running because hes affraid of something.
Secondo, wait for other advices ... Time is your best ally in this case.

Should i try to massage the back legs and back or just leave him be? Take him out of the tank? I have a brand new 20L tank i was going to move him and his friend into, so its totally empty. Should I put him in there? Or leave him in his tank? AH!!!
Ok now I put him back in his tank after soaking him for a few mins. He is MOVING THE BACK LEGS AGAIN!!! But not like as much as before but definately better than my last post. Should I Just observe him and see what happens?
I would definately wait this one out.
did he hit a hard surface when falling? That may be something to consider when the nephew plays next with him, (if you ever get that brave again (= ) Anyway, observe his normal activities...if he doesn't continue normal behavior after a couple days to a week or so, go get him checked out. My thoughts....any differing opinions?
hope I helped.

I concur, the best thing is wait him out and see if he recovers. He could of brusied his pelvic area or even affected his nervous system. I would also see if he continues to eat.

Ok, well he's moving his back legs again. Not exactly 100% but much much better than before. He is eating and doing everything normally. I have an appt with a vet on Wednesday for dry fecal stuck near his anus, and an eye infection, so I will ask about this too.
Does waking up was harder than usual ?

He's doin better than yesterday. Still not as active, but thats why I had originally set up a vet appt for Wednesday, so hopefully they can clear up whatever is causing his lethargy.
Or when ever someone else holds him, that way if he jumps he does not go far and can not get hurt. OR hold him over a bed or soft place.
I agree, wait and see how he is for awhile. Don't try and hold him, let him be a day or so.
Make sure his heat is good, and water and food are there for him. Let him rest, see how he does. If hes already moving them I would say he will get better. Maybe alittle shocked and bumped
Let us know how he does.
