My brand new sun bulb blew out after less than a week. I have a Night-Glo Nocturnal Infrared Heat Lamp that is not being used. Is it OK to use this until I get a new bulb?

Yeah that should be fine to use until you get a new bulb. You do know that you can use a normal house bulb for heat right? Depending on the size of your enclosrue you may need anywhere from a 60-150. Just experiment and see what watt is best.

I use to have a collection of Leopard Geckos that I bred, but have sold them.
For the daytime basking bulb, just use a regular household bulb of equal wattage of the over priced petstore brand basking bulbs. Much cheaper and they last much longer.
