Clay hide spots...Dremel?...Thanks in advance

chupacabra1090 Jul 16, 2003 09:41 AM

I bought a Dremel tool for the specific purpose of cutting into clay pots and notching holes in them to use for hide spots. I am using a tile cutting bit but it is not working as good as it should. What would be the nest bit for this application? Is there an easier method? Would a Roto-Zip work better? Thanks in advance.

This is much easier.

I used a small ball pin hammer to chip away to the size I needed. They came out great. Just make sure to hit little flakes at a time off it. SoBeK
