I am just curious.... What do you get when you cross a black rat with a corn? don't plan on doing it, just curious!

I have seen a normal corn/black rat cross and wasn't really impressed.
Basically it just looked like a dull brown black rat.
I haven't seen any morph crosses like amel or hypo or anything but the normal to normal just didn't do it.
That is probably why you don't see them out there. People realized it just doesn't look very special.

Dwight Good produced some 50/50 crosses a few years ago and also produced some 75%corn/25%black rats that were albinos. Both Dwight and myself found it hard to tell the 75% albinos from pure corns. I thought the big 75% albinos were pretty attractive. Still, nothing beats the look of a pure corn...that's why I keep them.

All albinism is a form of amelism correct? I wonder what I would get if I croosed my snow and my albino black rat. I'm sure I will never know but it is cool to wonder.....

i read some where they look like regular snow corns.
