This is the best spot for protocols that will be acceptable to the Doctors & Medics in Iqaq, since they are written by a well qualified MD in San Diego.
Keep in mind, in a pinch South African Echis A/V is useful to counter the bites of Cerastes as well as Echis. Cerastes is most likely the more common threat.
