i was thinking about getting one and was wondering how easy to find they are, if they are a pet that can be handled regularly, if so are they agressive, and how much do they cost?

Amphibians in general shouldn't be handled very regularly, but I share your enthusiasm for these awesome frogs. Seasonally available, they generally arn't very expensive. Perhaps look up in the REPTILES magazine index, there was a really good cover article on them a year or so back.
