Are you going? Where are you staying? How much do you plan on drinking?

I'll be down there this year.. was planning on staying at the Mayan, but got a call that my room was now available at the Hilton. I wanted to tell them to go to hell, but i'd much rather stay there.

As for the drinking.. maybe a little less then last year since my gf is actually coming... ahhhh maybe more

Hope to see a bunch of you crazy boa ppl... good drinks good talks.

i can't wait. i got a room at the hilton and am bringing my whole family (hope the bar stays open late!).

i have been to several "local" reptile shows over the last 10 years...and have kept snakes since 1980...but this is my first time at the big one.

i am bringing cash and have a short list i need to fill...but mostly just looking forward to seeing all the best boas from around the country.

My girlfriend and I will be there for round two. Last year was our first and I remember being on the second floor looking down. I still have the drool stains on my shoes. We'll be driving down from Indiana to pick up the five boas on hold and hopefully a few more. We may be be throwing some blue tongues and crested geckos in the car as well. And as of last week, we're at the Hilton. Sweetness.

P.S. As for the alcohol, hope they have the good stuff. You know... Hamm's, PBR, Schlitz, High Life, Old Milwaukee. I only drink the best. And we can wash it all down with wine from a box. Ah! That's the life.

and see if they have the cheap stuff i am used to..bass, merlot and bailey's!

....I will be at table 426 again this year. I stay with relatives in the area. Have a good time. This show is the best in the country and is a great place to make new friends and catch up on the news with old ones.
....The show will be crowded. If it is too crowded at the vendors where you are then look around the room and move to a less crowded area. The crowd does move around and you can eventually get around to see everything. Look closely. Sometimes on the second or third time around you will see animals that you did not see before. Spend time talking to as many breeders as possible. Be careful about what you buy. All of the animals are supposed to be captive bred but some will be imports. Make at least some effort to learn about animals that you do not keep. The lizard and turtle and amphibian breeders are doing some amazing things. We can learn from them. Plan to spend lots of money. You can have a serious plan for exactly what animals you are going to buy but there will be animals at the show that you will see nowhere else. The internet is great but there are still some breeders who have little or no internet presence. Take plenty of cash. Many breeders do not take plastic or checks. There will probably be ATMs available but they run out of cash quickly.

Hey, everybody!
I'll be there with my girflriend and my friend who is the Venemous Keeper at the Memphis zoo. If anything, they'll UP my amount of drinking since they are both quite good at alcohol consumption. My friend will be looking for a male Taiwan beauty snake and I'll be hunting a male arabesque to go with my 04 female hypo.

I will be there and will be stationed at the Hilton after playing 'musical rooms' with them and the Holiday Inn for a while.. lol

Please be sure to stop by and say hello! I will have a table on an endcap along with some buddies like Ben Cole and Spencer Winston. There will be a large Premium Herps sign, and hopefully i'll have some kind of Bci Joe shirt made up by then... lol

Plan on seeing lots of old buddies, and hope to meet lots of new buddies too... You all know who you are!! lol

Plan on doing some partying this year... no girlfriend to cloud my vision.. lol
