Just thought I would share pics of my babies with you. Most of you might not know that UPS mis-delivered my packages yesterday. Therefore, once I got them I named them Lost and Found.

Lost (from Sean at VMSHerp) is SUCH a sweetie. At 6g, she's the smallest gecko I've had in my care. Her colors are out of this world...I hope they only get better! She got the name Lost (out of Lost and Found) because she'll loose that pattern she has in time (too bad!).

Found (from Chad - Blazin) is a total freak. He's trying to escape at all times that he's not asleep. He did stay still just long enough for me to weigh him.

Amber (from Robert at TheHypoGecko) is my favorite gecko when it comes to personality. She's always curious, and never freaks out about ANYTHING. Her big fat pink tail always makes me grin. Just under a month ago she was 14g - just look st her now!

Garnet (from Chad) does her best to keep me guessing. One day she's calm, then next day she's a maniac. One day she's orange, the next she's chocolate. All of her spots that used to be red have turned chocolate. When I got her about month ago she weighed 18g.

Tigerlily (from Chad) is gaining some really nice color. She's starting to get a chocolate lining around her dorsal stripe - especially around the neck. She was 16g when I got her about a month ago.

And finally, there's Mirage (from Chad). He always comes last for some reason. And yes, I did just say "He". His junk just dropped, and is a male for sure. For awhile he was as yellow as a lemon, and he's just starting to get a neat tang frosting. He has gained 4g in the last 4 days! A month ago he was 10g.

Whew! What a relief...Shanti, I think you had half the leo world crossing their toes for you!

Lost is a beauty! Though she may lose that pattern, she'll retain some great coloration.

Your girls are amazing -- Its so neat that you've been sharing the changes with everyone -- thank you! And I'm sneakily glad that Mirage is a boy...or wait, how did you put it? "his junk dropped"...LOL

So 2 boys now? Hmm...

Looks like you a re alittle happy about the carrot tail on that PA....LOL.... Very nice babies....

LOL...Just a little bit. Does it show at all? I'm just amazed that I can see it while she's still so small. Amber has a small amount of orange in her tail, but it didn't come in until she was 15g . So, I hope as Lost gets older, that carrot will get bigger!

Actually, if you count the KILLER SHTCTB I'm getting from Kelli H., I have 4:4:1 I was going to get him this week as well, but the weather on her end was sucky.

I need more females!

I'm hoping a certain breeder's smiley face gecko turns out to be female. Because then I'll have a smiley face project for next year.

I'll also be working with tangs (obviously). I have a few things in mind that I want to try to do with LVA and LVPAs.

your geckos are quite beautiful...i had to giggle a little at myself though while reading your forum...6g being the smallest...uh boy am i a newbie at this...you never relize these things till you start reading more and more...our little guy/gal...not sure yet...Monty was only 4g after having her a month...boy have we learned alot...two weeks of tube feedings and countless crickets later (about a dozen to two dozen a day) our monty has started to really grow...i would say her tail has tripled in size if not more...and finially we breathed a sigh of relief today when we noticed her color starting to grey (yes finially starting to shed)good luck with your little kids we are happy with ours, monty is just another part of the family now...heres a pic

Keep up with the daily feeding and don't forget to dust! Your little guy will grow in no time. The shedding is a good sign.
