Northern Two-lined Salamander???

Anyone know anything about these little critters? Mainly, are they poisonous, and their diet. Anything at all would help. I have looked online and haven't found much on these two subject.

Poisonous? Are you kissing them again! Seriously, I guess if you ate a fist full. And you wouldn't want to rub them in your eyes. But they aren't like newts. And you are more likely to find some toxic frogs or toads.
You would want to offer pinhead to 1/8" crix. Small earthworms or twitching bits of worm. Cool temps, moist but not soaking wet and with a shallow water pan. I use damp spaghnum.
