I had a list of foods to gutload crickets but lost it. I also forgot which website I saw it at( I did much research ) and cannot find it again. Does anyone have a list or know of a site?

Here are two helpful gutload links. The first is for home made gutload and the second is information on gutloads and is particularly useful if you wing your own gutload or decide to try to buy a premade gutload.

Thanks for the links but I think I worded it wrong. It was a list of foods to feed crickets and what days. Such as lettuce on Monday, collard greens Tuesday, fruit Wed......
Has anyone seen a list like this? I had it and must have thrown it out by mistake and can not remember where I saw it.
