I believe that live animal sales are prohibited on Ebay.
And I think its a good thing.

You are bidding on one photograph of this corn snake. I will allow the winning bidder to copy/paste this photo which I own the rights to. I am selling the rights to this photo for $35.00 $20.00 labor charge. As a bonus, the winning bidder may take the animal pictured free of charge.

I have seen ads like that before. There is really no reason to sell snakes on e-bay, though, and I wouldn't do it myself. This is the type of thing that would probably only work for a while.
