Finding wild flower seeds in the USA and are Hardy Mums okay for Hermann Torts?

Can anyone tell me where in the USA and what brand of Wild Flower mix I can purchase so that I can start growing my own wild flowers for my Herm. Tort.

Also, do Hermann Tort's like Mum's (as in the Hardy Mum plants) I know they like flowers to nibble/eat on but I'm not sure about Mums.
