russ, please help with tegu diet.

i need some help with my arg. b&w diet. here's my feeding schedule: monday, wednesday, friday he gets two mice. On tuesday, thursday and saturday he gets 2 cubes of the san diego zoo diet. he's about 9 months old and close to 30 inches. is this a good diet? should i change anything about it? THANKS

I would stop the Sdz. Rodents take care of the everything that Thew SDz does, and its alot safer to use. Then offer fruit.If he doesnot eat fruit ,try bioling a egg, then blending it with a little water and then dip the peelded fruit in it .This has always worked foir me,and they dont get hardley any of the egg when they eat the fruit. also feed kingmeal worms .I still give santiago king worms .He loves them .Thats it take care russ
