Here a photo of a collormixed hatchling.
Dad is a yellowhead and mom a brown/copper collaris.
I have never seen so much red in there heads.
Hopefully it wil stay when they grow up.

wow, that is pretty crazy looking, definitely never seen a redheaded collared before i love the picture also of the new mexico babies on the rock, they blend in with it well.
